This 6000sqft adaptive reuse project was originally meant to be an office but later transformed into a luxurious penthouse with a bold vision—an urban rainforest. The clients wanted a home built primarily with natural materials, but they also had different aesthetics to balance.

Mr. Client longed for a touch of nostalgia, inspired by his ancestral haveli, while Mrs. Client preferred a modern, low-maintenance space with clean lines. Our challenge? Blending heritage charm with contemporary simplicity. Designed for a young family that loves to host, the home follows an open-plan layout with minimal walls for a seamless flow.

Starting from a bare shell, we crafted a spacious 3BHK with a master bedroom, kids’ room, and guest room, along with a kitchen, dining, formal and informal living rooms, a study, a foyer, and a central courtyard—the heart of the home.
