Ironically, this was our smallest project by square footage—but turned out to most detail oriented project we’ve ever done.

A complete transformation of a dated living and dining area into a European-inspired dream,think- archways, intricate wall treatments, and that effortless old-world charm, reimagined with a contemporary lens.
One of the most transformative moves? Tearing down a half-wall window and replacing it with full-height sliding doors. With a ceiling height of 9’-9.6”, these doors dramatically opened up the space—flooding it with morning light whilst blurring the lines between indoors and out. A small structural shift, but a grand atmospheric change.
Now, this space is every hostess’s dream. It whispers elegance in the most understated ways—from soft cornices and custom curtain details to a luxurious onyx backsplash that anchors the overall look. We played with warm neutrals and soft golds to keep the palette light, yet sophisticated.
In a space this compact, we left no detail untouched—yet were mindful not to overwhelm. Every inch was treated with intention, proving that when done right, small doesn’t mean simple—and restraint can be the ultimate luxury.
